We are a service-oriented business offering repair and maintenance for home appliances. We do not sell products but provide expertise in fixing out-of-warranty appliances.

3. Business Model
Our business model is based on charging a service fee for appliance repairs. We also charge for replacement parts, which come with their own manufacturer warranty.

4. Service Charges

A one-time service charge applies for each visit.

Parts Warranty: Replacement parts come with their own manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Data Collection and Use
We collect personal data (name, contact, appliance details) for service-related purposes only. We do not share your information with third parties except when necessary for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
Expart Smart is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or external factors unrelated to repairs.

Our data practices are in compliance with Google Ads policies to improve the relevance of ads shown to users.

8. Security
We ensure your personal data is protected using secure systems.

9. Customer Refund Policy Our company is Expart Smart, we always try to provide good service to our customers, and if there is any mistake in our work, we also try to fix it, and if we can’t do any work, then the customer pays Refunds are made, except for the minimum visit charge.
However, while a spare part is under warranty, no money will be refunded, if the product is not repaired by the company, the customer will get a refund.
